Sale of Raw chicken livers

I am from Durban and was visiting family in Bakerton Springs. I purchased various things from Nandos in springs and chicken livers were included in the meal. On opening the chicken livers, I found that the chicken livers were still raw inside. I then contacted the customer care line and informed them as well as sent pictures of the raw food and receipt to the members concerned. I was told that I would receive a voucher for my troubles but it has been months now and I still have not received anything. I was returning to Durban so I could not return to the store to sort the problem out. I am very very disappointed with the nandos staff from both the store and customer care since I have complained about this since the initial complaint and nothing has been done about this!!
