Rustenburg mall nandos bad service

I was disrespected and raised a voice to by an employee at the nandos in rustenburg mall. Today i when to buy at nandos i was with my 9 year old son and 3 month old daughter i put my daughter in her car seat and put her inside the trolley as she was heavy upon arrival this lady (no name badge) told me that i cannot enter the store with my daughter and i must leave her at the door a whole 3 month old she was screaming at me as i try explain that i cannot leave my daughter at the door for satety reasons bit she continued to screem at me contunuasly i asked her to call the manager and she said i must call the manager my self mind you she is doing all this in the presence of other customers and employees i was very disrespected and i want to lay a formal complaint against this particular lady i believe nandos as a brand does not tolerate bad customer service and request a prompt response and communication regarding this.
