Rude / terrible service received from the Manager
Hello,<br> <br> My name is Silvana. I had the worst experience from the Nando's in mint street. I will never again go to that store again. I purchased the Family meal for R200 which comes with 3 sides. I took the veg instead of the corn, so i asked the teller to change it but she refused and said i must speak to the manager, i was disappointed cause I'm paying for a meal why must i speak to the manager anyway i did, and she agreed to change the mixed veg to the corn. When my meal comes, they didn't correct it, so i asked the waitress nicely to change it, which she went o correct. All of a sudden the manager comes straight to my table and rises her voice at me and argues with me front of all the people that were in the restaurant, i was so embarrassed and humiliated. She has such a terrible attitude and no respect. I cannot believe that a Manager will behave like that. I forgot her name but she is a thin small lady. We didn't even enjoy our meal.<br> <br> On top of that when i came home i saw that they charged me R300 instead of R200. The meal i purchased was for R200. This is unacceptable. I feel this restaurant is robbing alot of people. Please kindly be aware of this.<br> <br> I want my full refund back
