Rude staff member

<p>I accompanied friends to Nandos Kimpark Kimberley, to buy food. It was extremely busy, they placed their order, we waited for more 30 minutes & before leaving they decided to check if their order was correct. There was a problem with the order & when they queried an employee by the name of Eugene came over & very rudely & roughly checked the order, literally throwing the tfood back into the bag. He very rudely & loudly stated that it was correct. Upon investigation they discovered the cashier had not placed the proper order. The manager was approached, she reprimanded Eugene about his rudeness towards the client but he carried on as if the manager did not exist. Such obnoxious behaviour is uncalled for & very dissapointing. Are employees not trained on etiquette & customer service. I was totally put off by his blatant disrespect!!!</p>
