Rude Staff member

25 December 2021 we went with my family to eat at Nandos Maponya Mall in Soweto and there was a queu and just because I'm 9 months pregnant and I was with a 11 months baby my husband suggested that I go and sit down on the chairs we saw outside and he will wait on the queu to go and place the order,little did we know that at that Nandos you don't sit down before ordering, few seconds later after seating down there comes this rude lady and without even greating us she asked me who gave me the permission to sit down,just because she was using her mother's tongue I couldn't understand her I didn't reply but my husband did and I heard him apologising trying to explain why I am sitting down,the lady was now using the language that I did understood asking us that what made us thinks that we were special than other people on the queu that we even used the gate that was closed,my husband agaim tried explaining to her that as the gate WAS NOT LOCKED and nothing like NO ENTRY was placed there we did not know that we were not supposed to use the entrance my husband apoligised again but the lady was not evening willing to hear him out telling us to go back to the queu. Now all the customers were starring at us, Okay we went back to the queu but the lady was still talking about us with her junior manager pointing at us that is when I went straight to her,I told her that you know what sister I was also working at Nandos and I know exactly that what you are doing to us is unacceptable,this is not the Nandos service it's your own service, this is not how Nandos trained you because I know exactly that the Nandos staff is trained on how to approach and treat their customers and I will report you,she told me that she doesn't care hiding her name tag so I then decided to take the picture of her because I couldn't see her name.
