Rude Manager with Bad Attitude

I ordered lunch for my team like I normally do every month end and surprisingly this time around my order was very late. I called the Nandos Benmore number of which you are told to choose options 2, 3 and 4 but they never work for queries. I was eventually transferred to the store manager by the name of Collin Nxumalo who was very rude. He told me of how it's not their fault that the order is late and that he unfortunately cannot help me. I placed my order at 10h45am for it to be delivered at 11h35am as per the sms confirmation and he told me that I asked for the order to be delivered at 12h30pm of which his staff had the incorrect information. Collin Nxumalo is very rude and didn't want to provide me with his full name when I asked for it because of his bad attitude. Thando Ngwenya was polite enough to expedite the order and to give me Collin's full name.
