Rude Manager -Waterfall - Gomolemo

Placed an online order for delivery and paid using card online. Got a call to advise that the store doesnt have sparkling water so I must take still water. but i dont want still water so id rather take a coke. So Sbongile (who is very sweet and understanding) brings her manager Gomolemo to the phone but manager is very rude. she hung up on me because i want sparking water or coke and nothing else. I call back, and sweet sbongile apologies on her behalf but reassures me i will get the coke. So why was the manager insiting on giving me still water which i believ would be cheaper but doesnt want to override the difference between the coke and the sparking water????RUDE, did I mention she even said Hebanna to me???
