Rude manager, out rightly dismissed our complaint

On Thursday 25 March 2016, we bought a full chicken meal from Nandos Sarnia Paradise Valley, Pinetown for 2 ppl. We both had two pieces and left the rest for breakfast. The pack was kept sealed in the fridge. Today 26 March my wife find a green fly stuck inside the rib cage of the same chicken. The fly looked cooked along wit the chicken! I called the store and spoke to Cindy Pillay the Manager and explained my grievance to her. She didn't even give it a thought but instead told me the store wasn't responsible for serving us unhygienic food and further told me that she didn't care if I were to escalate my complaint to her superiors. She was Rude and dismissive, I realised that some Nandos employees dont care about their customers nor their health. I encourage everyone staying around Pinetown not to buy from Nandos Sarnia Paradise Valley. More than the fact that their was a fly in my food but to be told off by a manager the way Cindy Pillay did really hurt. I'm not one to complain but this was just too humiliating. I hope Nandos South Africa looks into this matter because this store and it's manager has the potential to kill a good franchise brand.
