Rude Manager, No Customer services.

I complained last week about the bad food i received from this branch, a manager by the name of Moosa called me, how rude an *********, he had no way of dealing with negative feedback, he then advised me not to purchase from the store again, since im pregnant Nandos has been my craving, an being a loyal customer i know the standard quality of food an services. I will not complain unless its the same issue multiple times. <br> <br> This manager was extremely rude an would not allow me a chance to speak, even after asking him if im able to speak he just continued being bluntly rude an telling me that if im not happy with woodstock i shouldnt order from them again an he will add an alert to my number so that no staff assist me again. <br> <br> I was shocked at how rude this manager was. Yes i will post this on facebook an on my works social page so that everyone can know the bad service i got, at the end of the day i work in a customer service environment an Musa attitude was completely out of line towards a customer. <br> <br> Due to this they will be loosing many loyal customer, Social Media an word of mouth is the best recommendation but Negative things like this can cause lose of business
