Rude manager and her staff

I had an awful lunch

I purchased my lunch at 13:11 and only received my food cold at 13:49

Due to poor manager and her staff I had to look for a table and it was full and I decided to go upstairs as there was no one to assist customers

The manager was no where to be found The waiter just told me upstairs it's not open but I order my meal as a eat in

Finally I requested to see her, she can and she was informed about me and decided to keep quiet until I called her again

Do I have to suffer in order to eat at nandos

Worst service ever, the manager and her staff claiming shortage of staff during lunch, do I have to entertain it ********** 569
