Rude manager and extremely in competent

I bought 3 meals, one included a veggie bowl, firstly the cashier rang it wrong and and it came without the patty. Then a guy by the name of the managers by the name of Veli refused to give me my refund and told me that he is talking to us a human beings. I guess he was alluding to the fact that I am not human. He then came back with a salad and inside the take away pack. He is rude and shouldn't be a manager as he is killing the business. He then told us to go to the cashier for a refund as he is not interested.
