Rude Manager

On the 3oth of September, I had ordered a hot full chicken, chips, rolls and 2L coke for delivery from the midway mews store. After my food had not arrived after an hour, I called again to check where the driver was, to which I was assured that he is on his way and close by. Another 30 minutes passed and I called again and they said they would call the driver. My food finally arrived an hour and 45 minutes later. Upon arrival the food that was delivered was not only cold but the wrong order. Furthemore they had not given the driver the coke we asked for. I called the manager to complain about this, and she said she would send the driver with the correct order. I expressly stated that I was unimpressed by this cause that would mean I need to wait for over two hours for food. In the meantime, it was late and my children were hungry, so I fed them the wrong order chicken and chips. Thirty minutes later the right order finally arrived. The manager had requested that the driver bring back the wrong order of which there was little left so he refused to give me the right order. I called the manager again explaining this and she was incredibly rude to me on the phone (TBC)
