Rude Management at Nando's Sunninghill

Rude Service from Manager on duty at Nandos - Sunninghill branch. Received a Mr Delivery order at home to find the whole chicken had no even a drop of basting/sauce. It was completely dry.

Called into the store to complain and the manager said that's the way the chicken is supposed to be and did not acknowledge the mistake. I told her I'm going to report the matter to head office as I know how the chicken is supposed to be as I've ordered the same meal many times before. The manager on duty said I don't care and I can do what I want then put the phone down on me. My wife is pregnant and was looking forward to our meal but nobody assisted with retifying the matter.

This is pathetic customer service from Nandos employee!
