Rude delivery driver and staff at Nandos vangate

I placed an order with vangate mall Nandos at 18:40 Via the app I was then advised that my food would arrive at 19:30 I waited and received a message at 19:21 saying the driver has left with my food my delivery place was at work which is 15 mins away from vangate mall also no traffic at the time I checked the sms they sent and it said the driver location was in gugulethu for like 15 mins already I then decided to call the driver who was extremely rude and then proceeded to arrive 30 minutes later with my food I am appalled by the service of nandos my milkshake was melted completely I could even rather call it a hot chocolate my food was ice cold and even inedible had to throw it away after several calls to nandos and a promised call back it’s been a week and I am still waiting on feedback
