Rude customer "care" consultant

I experienced very poor service when ordering from Nando's via Uber Eats. The driver waited an HOUR for my food and when I called the Nando's Ruimsig number, it would ring and cut. When I called the customer care line, I spoke to Njabulo Mthembu and she was extremely rude to me -- I would appreciate and apology from her for her attitude.
