Rude and disrespectful cashier ever!!!!

At about 17:07 i decided to drive through to get myself and family some food, upon arriving at the ordering speaker no one greeted until i said “Ndaa” in my home language a lady rep**** in Zulu. And upon the time she was asking something i could not understand i asked her in English what is that she continued to say whatever she was saying in Zulu, and in english she said i can come collect my wings instead of telling what she meant with regards to the other portions i was buying. This is a very rude woman. I drove to her window and i asked her why she is speaking with me in Zulu for my order, she says its cause i greeted in venda. I asked her if thats how Nandos works and she said yes, if you speak your language she speaks hers. Acting like its her company, i would really want to know if this is how nandos is run and employees have so much power. I decided not to order from her but to go inside the store and I received a good service. Nandos does not need employees like Lucy thats her name. This happened at banburry cross here in Northgate/northriding. Im so disgusted!
