Rude and appalling customer care at Braamfontein Nandos

I arrived at a quarter to nine for a meeting with a colleague. The Branch manager opened the door at five past 10 which I didn't fuss about until she blocked my entrance until I asked to enter the premises. Upon my request she rudely asked if I was good ng to buy and not just sit. She went on a race about she has had previous client who came in for meetings and did not buy. None of which was my business. U had to explain that I had intentions to buy food or maybe a drink but given the treatment I had received I would wait for my client after which we would leave the Establishment.

I am deeply disappointed by the treatment I received. Nandos is a huge brand, surely managers should be well equipped with customer care. Never setting foot there again.
