The Nandos at Cresta shopping mall has appalling service and this Is the second time I have encountered this kind of treatment. The first time I obliged because It was during the pendemic.

I came to Nandos and they treated me differently to the Indian people that were there and I took it personally because I deserve the same customer experience as anyone else who is paying. This man told me to move to a place that had a marking on it (NONE of the tables are marked so I don’t know what he was referring to after I took the liberty to sit for myself) He came to get me from the place I was sitting and took me to a dark dingey little table and he just slid the chair across for me to sit, I asked him which mark he was referring to so I don’t get it wrong next time and he didn’t look at me nor respond. I’m black,and I happen to work in the center so I don’t know if he deems me less worthy of quintessential service, I’m sitting and I am currently watching people sit liberally and no one has been moved and I’m really upset at this service. I’m in retail too I expect the service I give to customers to be given to me aswell.
