Rotten rice
Just ordered 3 spicy rice from nandos as a takeaway and on arrival at work we found that the food is off (rice) . we tried calling back to inform of this but they hung up on us twice. I am so disgusted by such service from the call centre not to even mention the food.. I will never ever ever ever ever order or advise anyone to order food from here as they serve their customers rotten food and the call centre service is apauling .. I'm very dissaponed by Nandos as this is not the first time I have been treated like this. Please help.
