Rotten item served at Nando's Bluehills

I consider myself a regular Nando's customer. Much to my disappointment, Nando's does not seem to care about their customers. I logged an issue about my online order 2157/79604, which was fulfilled by their Bluehills shop. Nando's never bothered to get back to me about a rotten item served to me with my order! Very disappointing
