****roaches at Nandos Malibongwe randburg

Sunday 17th November after church my mum and i decided to go for lunch to Nandos. The one near the McDonald's/ Rocco mamas/ Woolworths .....Molibongwe Nandos. My mum went to the toilet while i ordered our usual favourite 2 quarter chicken meals and with rolls. My mum came from the toilet and said there are so many ****roaches and they were walking on her feet in the toilet. Wearing sandles! We sat down ate our meal which was not the best we have eaten. Just tasted like boiled chicken with nandos sauce over. I asked for well done but it wasn't. Another reason I think we did not enjoy the meal was because of the state of the resturaunt. Floors were sticky when you walked. Chairs dirty. Need I say more. My first real bad experience from a nandos. Who are the owners of this franchise. Do they not take pride in their business. I'm sure the ****roaches are in the kitchen too. Most likely.
