Revolting Nandos

If I could give no stars I would. I have a serious complaint about the Nandos branch at Vangate mall.

Today was the 4th time in a row that the order was incorrect. The line is faulty, the operator struggles to understand the order, the order is wrong, the order is very late and the card machine doesnt work. The charged amount was more, even though we specifically asked to please get it right this time. The order is repeated, and still its a disaster. The livers had no sauce, the food is cold and soggy by the time it arrives.

Im not sure if its just this branch but for your business name sake, please consider training, revamping, or shutting down this branch. We will never be ordering from there again.
