Refusal to give me a paper bag
I asked him very nicely to put my food in a carry bag with handles and he refused. I had a lot of bags with me from other shops and it was difficult for me to carry the Nandos food bag without the handles. He refused saying that they only give the bag with handles to people who buy full chicken. I had bought two 1/4 chickens, 2 packets of chips and 2 rolls. I'm a regular customer at their branch. This is not the first encounter with him. He really does not know about customer service.
