refusal of delivery and cancellation of order

i called the restaurant to place an order for delivery and the lady who answered told me that nandos doesn't delivery to the centre although we are in the same complex, and when i asked her from when she said nandos has never delivered to businesses within this vicinity. she then gave the phone to a driver by the name of Shepard, who was shouting at me i then asked to speak to the manager, he then told me that the manger is busy and it means i will wait for long, the cashier then screamed from the back that seeing that i wanna speak to the manger they might as well cancel my order and then speak to the manger. i had to close the centre in order to order my food, but then i was told that a manger would come see me at work together with the drive, instead a manger of the driver was sent. this is really unacceptable, for the staff to tell clients that they dont want business from us, the mere fact that she can have guts to cancel my order and even tell me.
