Refund!

I ordered from Nando’s in Sandton city on the Nando’s website on the 10th of February , I had to cancel the order as I requested for a delivery of which they didn’t provide. I called the store and requested to cancel my order I was told that my refund would be processed within 24 to 48 hours. 48 hours later I still have not received my refund I called in to find out regarding my refund I was hung up on multiple times. I’m definitely not a happy customer!
