Really Disappointed

I was really disappointed in Nando's Castle Gate on Sunday evening. Regarding that I gave them a 5 star on google some time ago, now I'm thinking of changing it to the same 1 star. I went through the drive thru and ordered and quarter chicken & half chicken meal, to my surprise when I got home there was barely source on the chickens and it was dry. The was no extra source (like peri-peri) or servettes in the bag. And for a place that is always friendly the staff member handing the food through the window didn't even seem to want to be there.
