Raw untasteful chicken at Nando's

On the 1st of April 2017, I ordered my ussual take out from Nando's on Malibongwe. Despite the fact that I waited almost half an hour at the drive-thru window for my food to be prepared. The order was completely wrong. I ordered half a chicken, breast portion, with no skin and extra sauce. Basically the complete opposite was received. The only thing that was correct was the spicy wedges and extra roll. At home I have noticed that my chicken was also raw and that the sauce with the chicken was not the expected consistency. I have call the manager of the branch to complain about the food received. However he wasnt very helpful. I suggested that he should prepare a new meal and deliver the food to my home. After a long discussion and my attempt to explain that its not my fault but Nando's fault. He decided to prepare me a new meal and deliver the meal to my house. I waited 40 minutes after the initial call and decided to call again. At the second call the manager told me that they decided to rather deliver the meal on the 2nd of April at 12.00 - given that its 21.00 at night. Its 12.31 now and my meal still hasnt been delivered yet. This is truely disappointing and unacceptable.
