Raw Pap / Bad Attitude from Manager

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>So disappointed by the poor service we received at Nandos Ormonde. We placed our order for collection on Sunday the 4th of December which was 3x strips and rice, half chicken meal and pap and relish. Turns out the pap that we bought for my son was raw, so we called the store to let them know the manager on duty told us that is impossible they cook the pap for 30minutes. so we told her that unfortunately it’s not impossible because the pap is raw and she straight out said no ways that is not possible at all. We then decided to take the pap back for her to taste since according to the manager we are lying.</p> <p> </p> <p>After seeing the pap well it turns out its raw. So we ask the manager if we were lying about the pap being raw ? her response was "oh ok so who died? What must be done now?"</p> <p> </p> <p>She never apologized for the raw pap, she said she was just surprised.</p> <p> </p> <p>So my purpose for this complaint is to ask if you can do the following for me.</p> <p>1. If you are going to sell us pap please make sure it’s cooked properly.</p> <p>2. Please take this manager for a customer service training, you cannot deal with customers and have such a bad attitude.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
