raw meat with sauce

I ordered a full chicken with 2 sides, both 4 rolls and a qauter leg with fries and a roll on the side. So disappointed in the service. 1. The qauter chicken was still raw and i was so hungry, i had to cook it with the microwave at work. It wa dry. I even took pictures of this? Why serve me half cooked meat? 2. I got 8 in stead of 9 rolls that i paid for. 3. I am afraid that this full chicken is also not well dome and still raw.

I love Nandos but if this continues as this is the second time i have issues with Nando's Broadacres Sandton.
