RAW FOOD AND TERRIBLE SERVICE
Myself and a group of friends came to have dinner last night, most ordering quarter chicken chips and roll combos. By the looks of it its as if we were a dissapointment to the staff as we invaded in on their cashing up and cleaning time to go home. Anyway we ordered and the food all came raw. My friends were all scared of complaining due to rumours that if you complain you will get ur foodback with further unwanted things occuring to it. This being said i did complain and told and showed the waiter how disgustingly raw the food is. bleeding etc. She just responded with arrogance and attitude when what was expected is some sort of apologetic behaviour. 15 minutes later the food comes back , black and burnt on the outside , i cut through and guess what , ITS STILL ****** .. This is the most pathetic service and attitude i have ever experience throughout my life as a consumer and its totally unaceptable.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
