Raw food and bad service

I had a very bad experience with my 2 daughters at Nando's restaurant on Saturday 30th September 2023, I ordered 2 chicken kebabs which are on special right now it's R80 each, kid's meal which was 4 wings and wedges and tropical juice for sharing, we waited for the food for about 32 minutes, we were very bored coz people who ordered after us were served first and later on one of the ladies came to our table asking to see our receipt slip, at 16h50 she came with our food but the order was wrong again, she came with chips instead of wedges, she came with 2 small jars of tropical juice instead of 1 big jar for sharing, and lastly when began eating we discovered some blood in the chicken kebabs and it shows that they were not fully cooked or grilled and some parts were white and you could see that the ice has just melted, I called the 2 of the staff ladies to come and see and she did confirm that the meat is raw the asked if me if she could take them back to the griller then I said no coz I was so annoyed, I didn't enjoy their food at all.
