Raw Chicken kiddies meal

Good day

On 11 February 2021 at 6.30pm I ordered a quarter chicken meal and the kiddies wing meal via Mr D from nandos Queensburgh in durban.

The food came earlier than expected which was good.

The quarter chicken meal was good except not enough sauce even though i stipulated extra sauce.

My kiddies wing meal was appalling and frankly disgusting. The wings were extremely raw and ****** please see pictures attached. This isn't the first time I've experienced raw wings. I was sat in and had to send it back twice(this was the adult portion) .

Regardless of this I decided to order it again today. It's disappointing that a meal that is supposed to be for a child is of this standard and could make someone very sick and possibly end up with food poisoning.

At a time like this, nobody wants to even go to doctor because we are scared of contracting the virus. Something has got to be done about it because it is not only dangerous but of very poor service and quality.

I'm choosing not to go on a rant on social media and give everyone at nandos a bad name and I know it is a very bad time for restaurants at the moment but having said this, they should have better standards instead of pushing customers away.
