Raw chicken I'm disgusted for days
On Friday i went to nandos carnival mall with my boyfriend, we ordered 2 quater chicken meals before we paid we realised that there is a meal that comes with full chicken and the difference in price is only R30 we asked her to void the order and we will add the extra R30, the cashier Sibongile said that she not allowed to void any orders and that is how they operate, then we said it's fine we will just have what we ordered, when we got our order the chicken did not look grilled it was very pale as if it was boiled and they just added the nandos sauce. I took back the chicken back then they grilled it, then we noticed that the other chicken was only grilled on one side we took the chicken back. The manager Juan brought the chicken back to our table, I asked him why does the chicken look boiled (white) he said \mam chicken is white you didn't specify that you want it well done. Since when does nandos give people the option of half done or we'll done. The manager argued with me about how the chicken is suppose to be. I have been buying from nandos ever since I was a kid never ever did I have to specify that I want my chicken well done. The chicken staff needs training and Juan as wel"
