This evening (19 Aug 2025 at 18:59), I placed an order at Nando’s Sandown (Parklands Shopping Centre) — Order #516 / CHK 3516.

Unfortunately, the full chicken we received was undercooked, pink, and half raw. We had to re-cook the food ourselves at home, which is completely unacceptable for a restaurant of your standard.

This is not only poor service but also a serious food safety concern. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of food and service received. If this continues, customers will rather support alternatives like Pedros once they open, as experiences like this drive people away from your brand.

I expect Nando’s to take this complaint seriously and provide assurance that such incidents will not happen again.
