Raw Chicken

I am so dissapointed in my order today.

I received raw chicken. And the rice was not spicy at all. I tried calling tokai branch where it came from and I was directed to a IVR and when you need to press option 4 for your experience, the line just drops.

I want someone to please take note of what had happened because at the end of it all I still couldn't eat this food without the risk of getting sick.
