Raw chicken

Hi.<br> <br> I did put this complaint on your website first but in a week I have not heard anything so I have been resorted the Hello Peter. my husband got a raw chicken burger from you new castle branch. they did give him his money back but things like this can not happen as salmonella poisoning is very serious . <br> <br> please can you let me know what will be done about this as that is not acceptable<br> <br> thank you
