Rather close on Long w/ends then give **** service
What a disappointing experience at probably one of the usually best Nandos around. Yolanda at The Zone in Rosebank was really not keen on working this long weekend and seems like the store should have rather closed. There was no stock of kids toys with the kids meals - whats the point of a kids meal then? and we ordered 3 meals and asked for cream soda drinks. Guess what? Only 1 in stock and Yolanda refuses to offer other options forcing coke down on us and refusing to exchange for a juice instead. no straws, no serviettes - just poor not interested service and it was only 7pm on Sunday. hate to imagine what this store would be like later or Monday - in future if your staff don't want to work or stock is low rather close on a long weekend and save your reputation.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
