Quarter chicken meal with almost no chicken on it

On the 4June I have ordered quarter chicken meal and chicken burger meal from Nandos Parow, my chicken had almost no chicken on it, the other meal's chicken was half raw. I have put complaint on their website I was told they would get back to me I am still waiting. The previous Friday we also bought Nandos and they forgot to add the role to the bag which i paid for snd their roles aint cheap and this was at Tygervalley Nandos...I did not complain about that as I thought I will let it pass, but bare in mind if i had to be short of cash they would not have given me a free roll since its bussiness, but yet this bussiness could care less how their food looks that they give their customers nor double check if everything in the bag, yes we are all human but people come from far, because if i had to drive back for that role it would have been petrol im wasting too and that would not have been fair..i took a picture of my chicken before I started eating it. So here I have two complaints of two different branches that both gave poor service. Not happy at all as it was a real waste of money for my meals
