Quality of Food
<p>Absolutely shocked at the poor quality of chicken served from Nandos. I had ordered the pulled chicken sandwich with wedges,and a few hours after my meal, I am now suffering with dia****a! The chicken must have been off,or developed some kind of bacteria, however i cannot believe such a franchise does not take pride in ensuring all their meats are stored properly and checked if it's still fresh for the public to consume. I was a ***** of nandos,but never will I go back. worst experience iv had to date.</p>

Furthermore to add to my experience from Nandos food quality,I have received a phone call from Nandos customer care team ,but whenever I pick up,the call gets dropped? Is this a joke?....I have had to pay R380 a doctor's consultation,and a further R450 for medication to treat my dia****a caused by food poisoning, and all I get is the line dropped when I answer,this is unacceptable! I have had to be booked off from work because of a situation that Nandos has put me in,and this is the compensation and treatment I receive?...angry and upset I will make it known to the public,the type of customer service received from Nandos customer care team.
