Quality checked to Misperfecrtion

After a few purchases i made online to Nando's i was extremely happy with the food up until 03.09.2020, i ordered a salad with extra avo that i was billed but was not included in the parcel i got, the meat was slightly burnt and left a very bad taste in the mouth.
