Proper Packaging

During my lunch break I went to the franchise and ordered a full chicken for takeaway. When I received it my order i asked the packers if i could have the bigger package and was told it was reserved for the full chicken combo meal. I requested the manager at the time and i was told how that packaging was expansive and how they can't make a compromise or an exception for one customer even after i offered to buy it. I mean how was i going to carry my goods without adequate packaging? talk about bad customer service was not happy about this and something should be done about it, I won't ever go to the franchise again as clearly the customer is not valued, and this wasn't the first time this incident has happened.
