Nando's Jean responded positively to my complaint and I am happy with the resolution. I would also like to thank Hellopeter for providing this platform for consumers. Initially, I wrote directly to Nando's customer service twice, unfortunately I did not hear from them. Nonetheless, in their response, it was mentioned that they were responding to my complaint on Hellopeter. Thank you once again to Nando's positive response and to Hellopeter.
