Portion Sizes are a *******
I work in Kyalami Business Park, and have been a regular patron of Nando's Kyalami for the last nine years or so. On Saturday I ordered three meals for my family. One of them was a quarter chicken and chips portion for myself. The portion size was unacceptably small. I complained to Joseph who proceeded to argue with me that there was nothing he could do. I asked for a refund, which was provided, and once my family had finished their meal, went to KFC. <br> <br> I then received a call from the shop manager in the afternoon (who incidentally had provided me with the refund before) and she now apologized, and provided some excuse about there being three suppliers, and Rainbow chickens was delivering small chickens etc. I then explained to her that it was not was not my problem to manage Nando's suppliers. And I did not want any free meals. I just want what I paid for. R58 for the portion I received was unacceptable.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
