Poorly run restaurant
My wife & I frequently visit Nandos Norwood as we find their livers delicious! However, each time we go, the service seems to be getting worse! Sunday was probably the last time we will ever set foot inside Nandos Norwood ever again! When we walked inside, there was no waiter to greet us and show us to a table (this is pretty normal though), so we just went over to our usual booth to find a dirty table, full of the previous customers cups, plates, etc.... We sat down, but no one in the store even noticed we were there? I had to get up and ask a waitress to pls clean our table so we could order... she did eventually tidy up and then left... we probably sat there for about 15min before the \manager"eventually asked if we'd been served"
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
