Poor time management
Opening time is 10h00 yet we have been waiting outside the franchise since 10h00 and now it's 10h40 they are still on with their meeting inside whilst we are waiting outside as if we have no other better things to do on this Christmas.*** service indeed what a ****en day to start a Christmas all because of a meeting they should have convened before 10h00.
