Poor terrible cold food plus salad that fell out

Yoh heart breaking 💔 😢 after ordering for a delivery. Besides cold food , my salad that I eat because of my diet. Everything fell into the bag because it was upside down , the bag it was in was wet and soggy. Imagine not eating for hours . You can't wait for that special salad than soggy wet salad in a big Nando's bag. I think they loosing touch with us their customers. All this after spending R253 for cold food. I'm a Nando's ***** but guys this is not right. It's not like I ordered old fish n chips at a cafè
