POOR TELESALES AND INCORRECT ORDER
APPROX 90 PERCENT OF THE TIME NOBODY ANSWERS THE CALL FOR TELESALES AT THE BRANCH AND WHEN YOU DO EVENTUALLY GET THROUGH, THE ORDER IS INCORRECT.<br> APPROX 1 MONTH AGO I ORDERED A HALLOUMI WRAP THAT CAME WITH OUT HALLOUMI.<br> <br> I UNDERSTAND THAT IS A BUSY BRANCH HOWEVER STEPS SHOULD BE PUT INTO PLACE TO ACCOMMODATE FOR THE HIGH ORDER RATE.
