POOR SERVICE,RAW FOOD

On Sunday the 12 August we visited Nandos in George Western Cape. We placed our order and the order came. As I was eating the veggies i couldn't even chew them they were raw. I have written emails to Nandos regarding this matter and all they do is phone me and wanting me to tell them what happened that day each and everyone of them who phones me,. and undermine me, with no solution.
