Poor Service..Burnt Meat

I sent my boyfriend to buy me meat yesterday morning on the 28/06/2021. It was a call and collect order at Newlands Parlock. I placed the order around 12..firstly they kept me on hold for a very long time and when I received the meat it was dry and burnt I requested extra sauce but there was very little sauce. This was definitely not worth my money. I trusted the brand enough to take my food home with me but when I opened it was a total shock. I don't think I'll be supporting Nando's for a very long time if the service doesn't change
