Poor service/unhappy environment
The customers service is ********** the sitting area was not clean and the waitress took very long with my food when she eventually brought my food it was the wrong order and it was cold she did not apologize instead she dumped my food next to the tissues I used to clean the dirty couch myself she didn't't bother to remove it. She decided not To attend to us anymore and when I needed to order dessert there was no1 to order it from our dirty plates stayed on the table through out our stay.unfortunately we no longer had someone to assist even to get the bill I had to ask for the manager just to help with the bill. The place is beautiful looking but that's all poor service n hygiene are a deal breaker for me
